Located within the premium Joy 98 residential community in Baranagar, Kolkata, this apartment was thoughtfully designed for Mr. and Mrs. Biswas as a home that reflects their lifestyle, aspirations, and everyday routines. Our approach began with understanding how they envisioned living in the space, allowing every design decision to be guided by their needs while maintaining a refined and timeless aesthetic.
The interiors bring together warm materials, bespoke furniture, intelligent space planning, and carefully layered lighting to create an atmosphere that feels elegant, comfortable, and effortlessly functional. Every room has been crafted with attention to detail, balancing luxury with practicality to ensure the home remains beautiful for years to come.

Exceptional interiors are built on listening first. For the Joy 98 Residence, our journey started with understanding the vision of Mr. and Mrs. Biswas. After exploring our previous work and design philosophy, they shared their preferences, lifestyle, functional needs, and the overall mood they wanted their home to reflect. Listening carefully became the foundation of every decision that followed.
Using their ideas as a starting point, our team developed a comprehensive design concept, blending the clients' aspirations with our expertise in space planning, material selection, lighting, and timeless aesthetics. We translated these ideas into detailed layouts and immersive 3D visualizations, allowing the clients to experience their future home before execution began. Their feedback was welcomed at every stage, and the design was refined until every detail aligned perfectly with their expectations.
Once the design was finalized, the execution phase began with meticulous planning and continuous coordination. Every stage of the project - from civil work and custom furniture to finishes, lighting, and final styling - was completed with regular progress updates and ongoing discussions with the clients.
